-Returns must be received within 30 days of ship date received.
-You must contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of the package to request an RMA.
-We must be notified within 5 days of receipt if there's an issue with your order.
-ALL packages must include a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
-No returns/exchanges on items marked final sale (prices ending in .94).
-Final Sale on all accessories, scarves, jewelry, leggings/tights. No exception.
-Regular sale items, purchases using a code and VIP Sweet Steals may be returned for store credit/exchange only. If an exchange is not requested, shop credit will be automatically issued.
-Returned items must be in the original condition (unwashed, unaltered, and unworn) and MUST include original tags, packaging and original receipt.
-Eligible items may be returned for shop credit only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer free shipping on all exchanges. Exchanges are made for instock items only, or store credit can be issued. Please contact us at with your order number and the items you wish to exchange. We will forward you information on how to proceed. Please review the returns policy above to verify the product you are returning meets our return guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: Verify the product you are returning meets the guidelines above to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover any cleaning/restock expenses and/or if a return is received after 30 days. Please handle the packaging with the same care as it is sent to you. If the item is returned damaged, worn or missing original packaging the order may incur an additional restocking fee.

Return Process
1. Contact us ( to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 
2. After receiving your RMA please pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.
3. Please make sure the RMA number is on the outside of the package.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. DELOOM is not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.

International Returns
