Q: Where do you ship from?
Our adorable and affordable merchandise ships from our sweet little shop in sunny Los Angeles, CA.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excludes weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically take 2-9 business days to arrive. International deliveries vary but generally take 10-14 business days with standard shipping. Please visit our Shipping Policy Page for shipping details.

Q: Is your site secure to shop.
Yes! We are online shoppers also and take safety very seriously. All sensitive/credit information submitted is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Q: What methods of Payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We also offer a PayPal Express Checkout option. PayPal Express Checkout allows you to pay using PayPal balance, debit card or bank account (eCheck). PayPal Express Checkout is now optimized for mobile visitors! Q: Do you charge sales tax on any items?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to California. International buyers may be subject to custom duties and taxes to be paid in buyers country. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. If applicable, any Import duties/Taxes in their countries will be borne by the buyers.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
If an item is listed on the site and is currently out of stock, it will be restocked in the near future. Please click on the link to the right of the item to be notified when it comes back in stock. You will receive an email once the item is made available.

Color variations: Monitors have a wide variety of settings (Is the Dress White and Gold or Blue and Black?). Different monitors will have slightly different contrast/color ratios settings. Desktop, laptop and mobile devices may represent a slightly different color of the same material. Therefore, what the individual customers sees on their screen might not 100% accurately reflect the colors of the fabric. They will be very, very close, but there will still be a variation
